Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

All vouchers that are sold or sponsored for raffles attract these terms and conditions.

1. The recipient’s name will be printed/written on the Vouchers and are non-transferable by on-sale.

2. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

3. A voucher may be used towards a Susan Jacobs Photography session either as stated on the voucher or towards a family session only.

4. Voucher credit may not be used towards the following services: Events, Commercial Photography & Videography

5. Only one voucher may be used per Portrait Photography session.

6. Only one voucher can be won per family in a 12 month period.

7. Voucher must be presented to Susan Jacobs Photography at your booking stage.

8. Any remaining credit can be used towards prints or products of your choice.

9. Voucher credit cannot be used as the required deposit on an order, it does however come off your total order.

10. Please refer to your voucher for expiry date [if applicable]. An expiry date may not be extended.

11. If you fail to attend a booked shoot and do not make contact with Susan prior to the scheduled shoot time, you will forfeit the value of your voucher in its entirety.

12. All participants must sign a portrait agreement before your shoot begins, this will be emailed with a booking confirmation for electronic signature.

13. By booking a shoot with Susan Jacobs Photography, you acknowledge, on behalf of all participants, that Susan Jacobs Photography retains the copyright to all images created and reserve the right to use any images in marketing/promotional materials either printed or electronic, including websites and social media profiles. If you do not agree to public use, please ensure you discuss this with Susan during your booking stage, this is your choice.

14. Susan Jacobs Photography retains the right to enter any images in industry awards and competitions.

15. Susan Jacobs Photography normal Trading Terms and Conditions apply as stated with the portrait agreement.
