This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for SUSAN JACOBS PHOTOGRAPHY. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected and distributed by SUSAN JACOBS PHOTOGRAPHY. It also applies to personal information solicited through www.susanjacobsphotography.com.au, https://www.facebook.com/susan... and Shoot Proof.com and information supplied during a Pre-Session Consultation and booking agreements, and email subscriptions. SUSAN JACOBS PHOTOGRAPHY only has access to collect information that you voluntarily give via email, messenger, client booking form or other direct contact from you or others acting on your behalf. SUSAN JACOBS PHOTOGRAPHY will not give, sell or rent this information to anyone. SUSAN JACOBS PHOTOGRAPHY will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted her. Susan will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to provide photography services, photographic design services or other services or products based on your request or inquiry. Unless you ask not to, Susan may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. What type of information is collected? Susan will collect or obtain certain information from you directly as an email or telephone inquiry, or through third-party vendors who provide “lead” information to her. This information is limited to name, addresses, phone numbers, email address, session details, budget and any other information provided through these sources.

SUSAN JACOBS PHOTOGRAPHY does NOT collect credit card numbers from clients. Customers may pay via direct debit.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

a. The pricing guide is supplied via email and additionally during the pre-session consultation. The session booking fee is a portion of the clients chosen investment. Remainder of the balance of the investment is due prior to delivery of images. Images will not be delivered until full investment has been paid.

b. All prices shown within SUSAN JACOBS PHOTOGRAPHY online gallery product print price list are subject to change without prior notice. However at the time of booking will lock in the current prices for the CLIENT and will not change through the duration of the session to delivery. New prices will be supplied should the CLIENTS return for an additional session at a future date and a completely separate session.

c. SUSAN JACOBS PHOTOGRAPHY reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

d. Further Terms & Conditions will be outlined within the Session Contract/Agreement upon booking.
